HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Call us at 908-499-0208 or fill out the contact form. We will reach out and verify your insurance coverage. For Medicare B patients, we can assist in getting a prescription/ script from your primary care physician.

WHEN CAN I START PHYSICAL THERAPY?

If Medicare B is your primary insurance, our services can be initiated at any time upon endorsement of a referral/ prescription from your healthcare provider. If your primary insurance is a commercial insurance, we don't need a prescription to start your initial evaluation. We can start your out-patient therapy after an injury, discharge from the hospital, nursing home, or home health care. We can also treat clients with general mobility or pain issues without a medical event or injury.

WHERE CAN I BE SEEN? DO I NEED TO BE HOME-BOUND?

You can be seen in the comfort and privacy of your home, office, gym, adult day program, or senior community. Our clients may or may not be home-bound, with frequency and duration tailored to their needs and goals.

WILL INSURANCE COVER THE SERVICES?

Yes. Our services are covered by Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage PPOs, and commercial/ private insurances. We will verify your insurance coverage since every plan varies.

DO YOU OFFER SELF-PAY SERVICES?

WHERE IS YOUR AREA OF COVERAGE?

We proudly serve the counties of Somerset, Morris, Middlesex counties and neighboring communities. As rehab referrals grow, we can cover more areas soon.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR APPOINTMENT CHANGE POLICY?

Please call your therapist by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday prior. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to $50.00 fee.
