HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Call us at 908-499-0208 or fill out the contact form. We will reach out and verify your insurance coverage.

For Medicare B patients, we can assist in getting a prescription/ script from your primary care physician.
WHEN CAN I START PHYSICAL THERAPY?

If Medicare B is your primary insurance, our services can be initiated at any time upon endorsement of a referral/ prescription from your healthcare provider.

If your primary insurance is a commercial insurance, we don't need a prescription to start your initial evaluation.

We can start your out-patient therapy after an injury, discharge from the hospital, nursing home, or home health care.

We can also treat clients with general mobility or pain issues without a medical event or injury.
WHERE CAN I BE SEEN? DO I NEED TO BE HOME-BOUND?

You can be seen in the comfort and privacy of your home, office, gym, adult day program, or senior community.

Our clients may or may not be home-bound, with frequency and duration tailored to their needs and goals.
WILL INSURANCE COVER THE SERVICES?

Yes. Our services are covered by Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage PPOs, and commercial/ private insurances.

We will verify your insurance coverage since every plan varies.
DO YOU OFFER SELF-PAY SERVICES?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR APPOINTMENT CHANGE POLICY?

Please call your therapist by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday prior.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to $50.00 fee.
