HOW DO  I  GET  STARTED?

  • Call us at 908-499-0208 or fill out the contact form.  We will reach out  and  verify  your insurance coverage.

  • For Medicare B patients, we can assist in getting a prescription/ script from your primary care physician.

WHEN CAN I START PHYSICAL THERAPY?

  • If Medicare B is your primary  insurance, our services can be initiated at any time upon endorsement of a referral/ prescription from your healthcare provider. 

  • If your primary  insurance is a commercial insurance, we don't need a prescription to start your initial  evaluation.

  • We can start your out-patient  therapy after  an injury, discharge from the hospital, nursing home, or home health care. 

  • We can also treat clients with general mobility or pain issues  without a medical event or injury.

WHERE CAN I BE SEEN? DO I NEED TO BE HOME-BOUND?

  • You can be seen in the comfort and privacy of your home, office, gym, adult day program,  or senior community.

  • Our clients may or may not be home-bound, with frequency and duration tailored to their needs and goals.

WILL INSURANCE COVER  THE SERVICES?

  • Yes. Our services are covered by Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage PPOs, and commercial/ private insurances. 

  • We will verify your insurance coverage since every  plan varies.

DO YOU OFFER SELF-PAY SERVICES?

  • Yes. We have affordable packages that  will suit  your rehab needs. For more questions on self-pay rates, please call us at (908) 499-0208.

WHERE IS YOUR AREA OF COVERAGE?​

  • We proudly serve the counties of Somerset, Morris, Middlesex counties and neighboring communities. As  rehab referrals  grow, we can cover more areas soon.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR APPOINTMENT CHANGE POLICY?

  • Please call your therapist by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled appointment. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call by 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday prior.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to  $50.00 fee.
